Welcome to cmfas-exams-prep.com (the "Platform"), operated by CMFAS Prep. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

Account Creation

You must create an account to access the practice exams. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

2. Purchases and Payments

Plans

We offer access to our exam preparation materials through one-time payments for a fixed access period (e.g., 1 month or 3 months). This is not a recurring subscription.

Payment

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. Pass Guarantee

Eligibility

Our "Pass Guarantee" is available on all paid plans. To be eligible, you must complete a minimum of two (2) full "Simulation Mode" mock exams on our platform for the specific exam you failed.

Claiming

If you do not pass your official exam after meeting the eligibility criteria, you must email us at support@cmfas-exams-prep.com within 30 days of receiving your official result. You must provide a clear screenshot or copy of your official result slip as proof.

Remedy

Upon verification, we will extend your access to the relevant exam materials for one (1) additional month at no extra charge. This is the sole and exclusive remedy under the Pass Guarantee.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on the Platform, including the question bank, explanations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of CMFAS Prep or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or its content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Share your account credentials with any other person.
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any of the question bank content.
Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Affiliation

CMFAS Prep is unaffiliated with CMFAS, SCI, or any other institutions. We are an independent exam preparation platform and are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to any examination body or regulatory institution.

"As Is" Basis

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or that it will guarantee you will pass your exam.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMFAS Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
