The pass mark for each paper
There is no single CMFAS pass mark, despite what most forums claim. Here is the mark for each type of paper. Always confirm the current figure with the relevant institute before your exam.
- CMFAS knowledge papers — M8, M8A, M9, M9A70%
- RES 5 — two parts, you must pass both75% + 80%
- SCI papers — HI, BCP, ComGI, PGI70%
Old code, new code
The M-codes were renamed. If your agency still uses the old names, here is the mapping.
- M5 is now RES 5
- CM-LIP = M9 + M9A
- CM-CIS = M8 + M8A
